Revision as of 05:08, 14 January 2011
The following weapons were used in the film Submerged:
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is the most commonly seen weapon in the film. Every character from Chris Cody (Steven Seagal) down to the lowly guards and henchmen use it.
Colt Sporter Carbine
Colt Sporter Carbines's are used by the Marines at the US embassy in Paraguay.
PPS-43 (fake MP5)
The soldiers commanded by Colonel John Sharpe (Gary Daniels) including Captain Plowden (Ross McCall) as well as members of Chris Cody's (Steven Seagal) team carry what are supposed to be the Heckler & Koch MP5, but in fact are mocked up PPS-43.
AK-47
The primary weapon of Colonel Hilan's (Nikolai Sotirov) forces is the AK-47.
Heckler & Koch HK91
Henry (Vinnie Jones) uses what appears to be a Heckler & Koch HK91 fitted with a scope and suppressor to snipe a pair of guards at the dam.
SIG SG 540
The brainwashed Plowden (Ross McCall) attempts to snipe Cody with a SIG SG 540 sniper rifle. Henry (Vinnie Jones) uses it to kill Plowden after a fight. One is later used by Lehder's assassin at the opera and by Henry uses this one, too, after killing the assassin.
Walther PPK
The Uruguayan president's fiance, brainwashed by Lehder, pulls a Walther PPK on him at the opera.
M1911
During the assault on Adrian Lehder's (Nick Brimble) base, Cody acquires an M1911 which he uses to kill several henchmen before he acquires a shotgun.
Mossberg 500
Cody uses a Mossberg 500 with a shoulder sling and an extended magazine tube as his personal weapon during the team's assault on the dam. At the end, when he infiltrates Adrian Lehder's (Nick Brimble) base, he appropriates another Mossberg from a dead henchman. The shotguns' magazine tubes change lengths in-between shots.
