Several NYPD officers are seen with Beretta 92FSs throughout the movie, mainly holstered and are mostly seen during the Sandman rampage from the truck.

In a flashback of Ben Parker's death, Parker's killer is seen with a Beretta 92FS Inox.
Unknown Beretta pistol
Flint Marko is seen with an unknown Beretta during the flashback of Ben Parker's death.
Heckler & Koch UMP
The Heckler & Koch UMP is seen used by S.W.A.T. members during the scene where they try to help the hostage.
