Mad Dog Coll (also known as Killer Instinct) is a 1993 criminal drama, produced by Menahem Golan. In the New York, torn apart by the war between mafia clans, starts its ascent to the top of the criminal career Vincent Coll, nicknamed "Mad Dog," which eventually destined to become a real king of the underworld.

M1928A1 Thompson
Vincent Coll and many other gangsters use M1928A1 Thompson submachine guns. Some or even all of them are converted for using 7.62x25 blanks in MP40 magazines.
Trivia
M1928 Thompson "Tommy Gun"
On the cinema poster Vincent Coll (Christopher Bradley) can be seen holding a M1928 Thompson (though it is not used directly in the film), while Peter Coll (Jeff Griggs) holds Colt M1911A1.
