Nash Bridges (Don Johnson) uses a 1911 in .38 Super with a two port compensator. The gun was designed by Jim Zubenia, and built at Mac's .45 Shop. It features a Colt slide with Bomar sights, with a BarSto barrel. The frame is a Springfield, which has been hard chromed. It also has a Smith and Alexander flat mainspring with magazine well, extended slide catch, and ambi-safety. It was used through all six seasons of the show.
