Firstly you can see white receiver markings, secondly the suppressor is a H&K Mk. 23 one which would not go on a real rifle, and secondly if you take the barrel back to where the suppressor would start the barrel would be so short that I doubt you could fit in a functional gas system. The M1A appears to have a selector switch and a bayonet lug. Would that just make it an M14?
