The following weapons were used in Season 5 of the television series Line of Duty:
Pistols
Glock 17
Central Police Strategic Firearms Command officers, including Sergeant Jane Cafferty (Sian Reese-Williams) and Sergeant Kyle Ferringham (Richard Pepple) carry the Glock 17 as their sidearm. Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott (Martin Compston) and Detective Inspector Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) are also seen armed with Glock 17s.
Glock 19
A Central Police Strategic Firearms Command officer is briefly seen drawing a Glock 19 in S05E02 during an ambush.
Walther PP
John Corbett (Stephen Graham) carries a Walther PP as his sidearm throughout the series.
Umarex GPDA
Miroslav (Tomi May) is seen carrying a Umarex GPDA (standing in for a real life Browning BDA) in S05E04. It is later used by John Corbett (Stephen Graham).
Submachine Guns
Uzi
Both Lee Banks (Alastair Natkiel) and Ryan Pilkington (Gregory Piper) of the Organised Crime Syndicate is seen using Uzi's throughout the series.
M1A1 Thompson
A member of an unnamed OCG is seen briefly armed with an M1A1 Thompson throughout the series.
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
Authorised Firearms Officers from Central Police Strategic Firearms Command are seen carrying the Heckler & Koch MP5A5 whilst guarding Sergeant Cafferty. John's gang are also seen armed with MP5A5s in S05E02 and obtain more from a stolen cache of confiscated weapons in the same episode.
Heckler & Koch MP5A4
An Authorised Firearms Officer from the Central Police Strategic Firearms Command is briefly seen armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5A4 in S05E02. Another Central Police AFO is briefly seen armed with one in S05E04.
PPS-43
A member of an unnamed OCG is seen armed with a PPS-43 during a police convoy ambush in S05E02.
Assault Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36C
Authorised Firearms Officers from Central Police Strategic Firearms Command are seen carrying the Heckler & Koch G36C as their main weapon.
Norinco Type 56
John Corbett (Stephen Graham) and Miroslav (Tomi May) are seen using what appears to be a Norinco Type 56 during an ambush on a police convoy.
M4A1 Variant
An unknown AR-15 variant is seen as one of the weapons stolen from the confiscated cache scheduled for destruction in S05E02. It is later used by Miroslav (Tomi May) during the Eastfield Depot robbery in S05E03.
Heckler & Koch HK416
John Corbett (Stephen Graham) uses what appears to be a Heckler & Koch HK416 during the raid of the Eastfield Depot in S05E03.
L85A1
What appears to be an L85A1 without a carry handle or scope is seen as one of the weapons stolen from the confiscated cache scheduled for destruction in S05E02. Members of the Organised Crime Syndicate are seen using multiple L85A1's (identified as SA80's) during the Eastfield Depot raid in S05E03.
Battle Rifles

A member of the unnamed OCG is seen with an L1A1 during an ambush on police convoys in S05E01 and S05E02.
Heckler & Koch HK417
A sniper from the Central Police Strategic Firearms Command is seen using a Heckler & Koch HK417 in S05E04. It is equipped with a bipod and suppressor.
Shotguns
Double Barrelled Shotgun
Evidence photos of deceased Assistant Chief Constable Derek Hilton (Paul Higgins) viewed in S05E02 show a double barrelled shotgun.
Other
X26 Taser
Central Police Strategic Firearms Command officers carry the X26 Taser as a non lethal weapon throughout the series.
