Kingmakers is a hybrid Third Person Shooter / Real Time Strategy game, developed by Redemption Road and published by tinyBuild, and to be released in 2024. The player takes control of a time-traveling soldier sent back to the 15th century to change the past and stop a dystopian future; they can fight with modern firearms while commanding armies of thousands of medieval soldiers, as well as call in modern vehicles for support. Battles can be fought solo or cooperatively with 3 other players.

The following weapons appear in the video game Kingmakers:

AKS-74

The AKS-74 is seen as one of the player's primary weapons in the announcement trailer.

AKS-74 - 5.45x39mm
The player with an AKS-74 slung on their back while aiming a Mosin
The player firing the AKS-74 while riding a motorcycle into battle

Benelli M3 Super 90

The Benelli M3 Super 90 is used by the player in the announcement trailer. The shotgun is used exclusively in pump-action mode.

Benelli M3 Super 90 with full stock - 12 gauge
The player with a Benelli M3 Super 90 slung on their back while firing an AKS-74; note that the knight's shield has been completely splintered by repeated fire.
The player firing the M3 Super 90 while on a motorcylce
Upon firing, the player racks the pump one-handed.

M230 Chain Gun

An M230 Chain Gun is seen on the AH-64 Apache helicopter during the announcement trailer.

M230 Chaingun mounted under an AH-64 Apache - 30x113mm
Just when the peasants of the 15th century thought they could handle one guy with a shotgun, suddenly an Apache of all things shows up for a flyby.

M2HB

An M2HB is seen mounted on a Humvee in promotional art for the game.

Browning M2HB - .50 BMG
Concept art from the Steam page; an M2 mounted on a Humvee, strafing a line of charging infantry.

M32 MGL

The M32 MGL is a weapon option for the player in the announcement trailer.

M32 MGL - 40x46mm
The player holding the MGL one-handed in the trailer... The fact that this would be incredibly awkward to hold with just one hand is overlooked by the sheer spectacle of blowing up hordes of knights storming your castle.
Of course, grenades are also useful for destroying the enemy's village.

MAC-11

The MAC-11 is first seen in the "Wreak Havoc" trailer. The player uses it in its compact configuration, as the wire stock is always folded in.

RPB Industries M11A1 - .380 ACP
The player carrying a MAC-11 on their hip.
Firing the MAC-11 at the enemy
Charging into enemy cavalry while firing the MAC-11 on a motorcylce

MK 2 Hand Grenade

The MK 2 Hand Grenade is used by the player in the announcement trailer.

MK 2 Hand Grenade
Tossing a grenade into an active melee battle is bound to have volatile consequences.

Mosin Nagant

A scoped Mosin Nagant rifle is used in the announcement trailer as the player's sniper rifle.

Mosin Nagant M1891/30 Sniper Rifle with PE scope - 7.62x54mmR
Sniping some knights from the safety of the parapets. Unfair? Maybe, but we're taking castle doctrine very literally here.

SIG SG 552

A SIG SG 552 is seen in the promotional art for the game.

SIG SG 552 - 5.56x45mm
Closeup of the Kingmakers title card, showing the protagonist firing a SIG SG552 from horseback.

Smith & Wesson Model 327 R8

The Smith & Wesson Model 327 R8 is a pistol option for the player. The revolver has a sight rail attached to the top of the frame, which is an option available for the Model 327.

Smith & Wesson Model 327 R8 - .357 Magnum
Having just seen his compatriots being mowed down by a horseless steel chariot, the poor knight is too shocked to react as the player steps out and domes him with his revolver
Close-up of the revolver being aimed
The recoil on the revolver makes it easier to see the permanently attached sight rail on top of the frame.
