Hunter was an NBC detective series that ran for seven seasons between 1984 and 1991. It starred ex-football player Fred Dryer as the titular character, LAPD Det. Sgt. Rick Hunter, with Stepfanie Kramer as his partner Det. Sgt. Dee Dee McCall.
