City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes (JP:劇場版シティーハンター 新宿PRIVATE EYES Gekijō-ban Shitī Hantā Shinjuku PRIVATE EYES) is a spinoff of the Japanese anime and manga series of the same name.

Pistols

Glock 17

The Glock 17 Generation 3 is seen in the hands of the kidnappers/assassins. It lacks the picatinny rail flats much like the HK416D. It is also used by Kei Hieda and a bodyguard during the climax.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact

PMC operatives and the PMC Captain use the Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols as their standard sidearms. They appear to be fitted with 10-rounder magazines with compact floorplates.

The Colt Python is once more the weapon of choice used by the protagonist Ryo Saeba.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

One of the PMC operatives uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K while fighting Ryo in Golden Gai. Ai Shindou also uses it, though rather unperdictably.

Shotguns

Winchester 1887

Ryo creates a sawed-off Winchester 1887 similar to the one seen in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS

PMC operatives use the Heckler & Koch HK416 D10RS as their primary armament. They are all fitted with Aimpoint M68 optics mounted on Wilcox Comp-M mounts. Much like the aforementioned Glock 17, the picatinny rails all lack flats.

Fictional Assault Rifle

An assault rifle bearing resemblance to the Heckler & Koch G36 can be seen when Vince Ingrado talks about profiting from war.

Rocket Launchers

M136 AT4

The M136 AT4 is used by a PMC operative to destroy the Cat's Eye Cafe.

A PMC operative armed with an AT4 hops out of the black Ford Transit after his comrades pepper Cat's Eye Cafe with bullets.

Somehow he fires with the forward safety lever. He should have been holding the lever then pushing the trigger (which he did have his thumb on in the prior screenshot). Also the trigger and safety lever should both be red.

RPG-7

One of the terrorists in the opening uses a RPG-7 while chasing Kaori (who is driving Ryo's Mini Cooper MKI). One of the PG-7V rockets almost destroys the iconic Godzilla head mounted atop the Shinjuku Toho Building.

The terrorist aims his RPG-7. Note the intersection they pass (Higashi Dori & Kita Dori) is the same intersection which was also famously seen in the Makoto Shinkai film Your Name.

Their Lamborghini LM002 runs over the mirror of the Mini Cooper, which launches them into the air...

...which causes him to accidentally fire the rocket. Note the Wakasaya Kabukicho branch on the left.

The rocket with its fins deployed travelling toward the Godzilla head. Luckily Ryo's expert marksmanship with his magnum stops the rocket mid-air (although it explodes over the street in-front of the Toho Building).

The terrorist readying one more rocket before Ryo disables their vehicle. Note the launcher hasn't been cocked yet.

The Shipunov 2A42 cannon is seen on Kamov Ka-52 attack helicopters while Vince Ingrado talks about profiting from war.
