Doesn't this gun appear in a fictional variant form in Killzone 2? http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u76/Edizzle8002/killzonesmg11fu2.jpg

Judging from the reciever and sights, it looks more like some Uzi with the grip moved back and a helical magazine whacked in. Kinda ugly IMO.
