Wulfgar (Rutger Hauer) keeps a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun in another suitcase, along with several hand grenades and an Ingram submachine gun.
The MAC-10 is used both by Wulfgar (Rutger Hauer) and Shakka (Persis Khambatta) as they hold hostages on the Roosevelt Island Tramway. Wulfgar also uses a MAC-10 earlier, when evading arrest in London.

Wulfgar has a suitcase full of Mk 2 hand grenades that are among the arsenal of weapons he brings to New York City. He later holds one of the grenades in his hand while leading hostages from the tram to a getaway bus.
